We are happy to present you one of our amazing studio apartment projects – investment property. The apartment consisted of two separate rooms and a bathroom in a small residential building in the town of Kyustendil city, Bulgaria
We made a budget project to build a completely new interior, both the bathroom and the rest of the apartment.
We adhere to the modern look, light tones and elegant line in the furniture to create a clean and amazing design.

Requirements and Goal
Our design proposal was to create an open space with bespoke furniture to make the most of every corner in the most functional way.
The renovation work is carried out by minimal displacement of electrical and wather installation. The wall coverings are clean with elegant details and fresh colors.

The client’s requirements were to create a budget interior project, including renovation and furnishing with a budget that meets the needs for the location and purpose of the property.
The style had to be modern, and the choice of colors and materials left us.
